When is a player allowed to write his move before playing it?
A player always replies to his opponent's move before writing down both moves. The opponent complains to you. What should you do.
Tell the opponent that the player's behaviour is allowed
Warn the player not to do this again
Warn the player and give the opponent two extra minutes

After the time control a player, whose move it is, refuses to allow his opponent to see his scoresheet in order that he may fill in some missing moves. What do you do?
Order him to give over the scoresheet as it belongs to the organiser

Tell the opponent he is not allowed to see the scoresheet and must try to work out the moves himself
